Embassy Cocktails is a New York-based premium bar catering company for private, corporate and social events. We provide a selection of packages to meet your event's unique needs which all include complete bar setup and breakdown, and a team of fully insured, certified bartenders.

Established in 2024 by Karina Liriano, it is a natural extension of a career rooted in hospitality. Her experience is shaped from supporting beverage programs for award-winning hotels and restaurants, coordinating trade show production, and private catering for guests across the public sector, and arts & entertainment industries.
Through her work, she came to view hospitality as a beautiful conduit, much like an embassy, for cultural exchange, sanctuary, and human connection.
